Operative part of the order

1.

The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2.

There is no need to adjudicate on the applications for leave to intervene made by the Italian Republic and the Consorzio della Focaccia di Recco col formaggio.

3.

Proforec Srl shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by the European Commission other than those relating to the applications for leave to intervene.

4.

Proforec, the Commission, the Italian Republic and the Consorzio della Focaccia di Recco col formaggio shall each bear their own costs relating to the applications for leave to intervene.
