The Tribunal:

Annuls the decision of 21 January 2015, by which the European Commission did not reclassify Mr Adolf Stips as grade AD 13 in the 2013 reclassification round;

2.

Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by Mr Stips.
