Operative part of the judgment

The Tribunal:

1.

Annuls the decision of 31 January 2014 by which the European Medicines Agency placed DE on ‘non-active status’;

2.

Orders the European Medicines Agency to pay DE the sum of EUR 10 000;

3.

Orders the European Medicines Agency to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by DE.
