Application: brought under Articles 236 EC and 152 EA, in which Ms De Fays seeks in particular an order for the Commission to pay her damages for non-material loss suffered as a result of delays in drawing up her Career Development Reports for 2003, 2004 and 2005 and of the repetition of assessments contained in those reports, which were not an accurate reflection of her actual performance.
Held: Case F‑62/07 De Fays v Commission is removed from the register of the Tribunal. The Commission undertakes to pay the applicant the symbolic amount of one euro. The Commission is to pay reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the applicant. The Commission is to bear its own costs.
