Notice concerning the definitive anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the People’s Republic of China: change of name of one company subject to an undertaking

The undertaking offered in the framework of an anti-dumping and an anti-subsidy proceeding concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the People’s Republic of China was accepted by Commission Implementing Decision 2013/707/EU (1).

Wuxi Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Co. Ltd, TARIC additional code B893 (together with its two related companies whose names remain unchanged), whose undertaking was accepted by Decision 2013/707/EU, has notified the Commission of its change of name to China Machinery Engineering Wuxi Co. Ltd.

The company argued that its change of name does not affect its right to continue to benefit from the individual duty rates previously applied to Wuxi Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Co. Ltd.

The Commission has examined the information supplied and concluded that the change of name in no way affects the findings of Decision 2013/707/EU.

Therefore, the reference in Annex of Decision 2013/707/EU to:

The TARIC additional code B893 previously attributed to Wuxi Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Co. Ltd and its two related companies shall apply to China Machinery Engineering Wuxi Co. Ltd and its two related companies.
