The Commission has decided to close the formal investigation procedure under Article 108(2) of the TFEU, initiated on 28 October 2009 (1) and extended on 6 July 2010 (2) in respect of the measure referred to above, recording that Hungary has withdrawn its notification on 22 November 2012.
