The Commission has decided to close the formal investigation procedure under Article 108(2) of the TFEU, initiated on 9 February 2011 (1) in respect of the measure referred to above, recording that Poland has withdrawn its notification on 16 September 2011 and will reduce the aid amount, in order to respect the limits and fulfill the conditions of Commission Regulation (EC) No 800/2008 of 6 August 2008 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the common market in application of Articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty (General Block Exemption Regulation) (2).
