The Advisory Committee agrees with the EFTA Surveillance Authority on the basic amount of the fine. |

2. |
The Advisory Committee agrees with the EFTA Surveillance Authority that there are no mitigating or aggravating circumstances to be taken into account. |

3. |
The Advisory Committee agrees with the EFTA Surveillance Authority on the reduction of the amount of the fine because of the length of the procedure. |

4. |
The Advisory Committee agrees with the EFTA Surveillance Authority on the final amount of the fine. |
|
5. |
The Advisory Committee recommends the publication of its opinion in the Official Journal of the European Union and the EEA Supplement. |

6. |
The Advisory Committee requests the EFTA Surveillance Authority to take utmost account of all points raised during the consultation. |
