Communication from the Commission on the authority authorised to issue certificates of origin under Regulation (EU) No 1085/2010

By Commission Regulation (EU) No 1085/2010 of 25 November 2010, published in Official Journal of the European Union L 310 of 26 November 2010, an import tariff quota has been opened for manioc starch and sweet potatoes.

Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1085/2010 of 25 November 2010 stipulates that entitlement to this quota is conditional on the presentation of a certificate of origin.
