Regulation (EC) No 1857/2006. Article 9(2): Aid for producer groups
Annual expenditure planned: The funds for the 2008 financial year are approximately EUR 400 000.
The following costs are considered eligible:

(a) |
purchase of office equipment (calculators, photocopiers, typewriters, etc.); |
|
(b) |
purchase of computers (hardware and software); |
|
(a) |
notarial and other expenditure to establish the Articles of Association, cost of registration at a court and expenditure for the approval of the books (even for subsequent years); |
|
(a) |
postal and telecommunications expenditure relating to the common market organisations; |
|
(b) |
mission expenses. The contribution corresponding to expenditure incurred by technical staff missions will be accepted on a flat-rate basis according to the following parameters:

Maximum aid intensity: Aid will be granted according to the provisions of Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 1857/2006.
Aid will be granted for a five-year period at maximum levels of 100 %, 80 %, 60 %, 40 % and 20 % of actual establishment and start-up costs, incurred and accepted as eligible in the first year and the four years following legal recognition, until the fifth year.
The total amount of the aid granted to producer groups cannot exceed EUR 400 000 over the five-year period following their recognition
Date of implementation: This Decree shall enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic
Duration of scheme or individual aid award: 5 years

2. Aid for land reparcelling:

up to 100 % of the legal and administrative costs actually incurred. |
3. Assistance towards the payment of insurance premiums:

(a) |
the amount co-financed by the municipality comprises the difference between the co-financing of insurance premiums from the national budget and the subsidy limit (up to 50 %) applying to the eligible costs of insurance premiums for crops, fruit and cases of disease among animals. |
4. Provision of technical support:

(a) |
up to 100 % of the eligible costs for the training and qualification of farmers, consultancy services, the organisation of fora, competitions, exhibitions and fairs, the dissemination of scientific findings, publications, catalogues and web sites. The aid is to take the form of subsidised services and must not involve direct payments of money to producers |

Where the total amount of aid entails a level of aid intensity above the maximum limits laid down in the Royal Decree or in the State or Community applicable, it shall be reduced to the aforementioned limit. Specifically, the aid scheme will be adjusted to comply with the provisions of Article 19 Regulation (EC) No 1857/2006

Objective of the aid: To improve by-product management capacity and promote proper classification at source of the different by-products produced on livestock farms, the aim being to improve by-product management conditions and, while obtaining the best return from these products, protect animal health and the environment.

Objective of aid: The objective of the aid is to facilitate the effecting of the farm insurance included in the National Combined Farm Insurance Plan within the territorial limits of the Comunitat Valenciana.
Aid for effecting farm insurance complies with the provisions of Articles 12 and 16 of Regulation (EC) No 1857/2006.
Eligible costs are the payment of a portion of the premium of insurance to provide protection against damage caused by adverse weather conditions which can be classed as natural disasters, other losses caused by adverse weather conditions, losses caused by parasitic infestations and diseases, and for the removal and destruction of fallen stock
