Communication on the price information system in the sugar sector

Under the price information system provided for in Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 on the common organisation of the markets in the sugar sector (1), approved sugar producers and refiners and approved sugar users for industrial purposes are to establish their average prices for the sale or purchase of sugar and send them to the Commission.

From the date on which this communication is published, the relevant technical rules and forms are available on the Community institutions' website http://circa.europa.eu.
