Completion by the Lebanese Republic of certain administrative cooperation formalities to provide evidence of the origin of the product

Pursuant to Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 565/2002 (1) the Commission informs importers and the administrations concerned that the Lebanese Republic has forwarded to the Commission imprints of the stamps used by the Lebanese authorities, and the names and addresses of the Lebanese authorities responsible for issuing and receiving requests for post-clearance checks on certificates of origin. These requirements were fulfilled on 13 October 2005.
