Withdrawal of obsolete Commission Proposals

As part of its periodical examination of proposals pending, the Commission has withdrawn certain proposals on which the Legislator has not yet reached a decision and which are no longer topical. A communication from the Commission specifying the list of proposals withdrawn has been published on EUR-LEX under reference COM(2004) 542 of 10 March 2005.
