ASSENT No 15/96 given by the Council pursuant to Article 95 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (96/C 213/07)

As requested by the Commission, the Council gave its assent on 25 June 1996 to the Decision which the Commission proposes to adopt on the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Coal and Steel Community and the Russian Federation, amending the Agreement between the European Coal and Steel Community and the Russian Federation on trade in certain steel products.
