ASSENT No 40/94 given by the Council under Article 95 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (94/C 389/10)

At the request of the Commission, on 19 December 1994 the Council gave its assent to the ECSC Decision which the Commission proposes to adopt on the conclusion on behalf of the European Coal and Steel Community of the Agreement on free trade and trade-related matters between the European Community, the European Atomic Energy Community and the European Coal and Steel Community, of the one part, and the Republic of Estonia, of the other.
