ASSENT No 29/82 given by the Council, pursuant to Article 56 (2) (a) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to enable the Commission to grant the following conversion loan: DM 25 million (± 10,46 million ECU), as a global loan, to the Bayerische Landesbank Girozentrale, Germany, for projects mainly in the Upper Palatinate

The Commission requested those assent in letters to the Council dated 27 July and 5 August 1982.

At its 794th meeting, on 4 October 1982, the Council gave it assent as requested by the Commission.
