ASSENT No 10/81 given by the Council, pursuant to Article 55 (2) (c) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, with a view to obtaining financial aid for the implementation of an iron and steel research programme

Under cover of a letter dated 3 March 1981, the Commission of the European Communities requested the assent of the Council of the European Communities, pursuant to Article 55 (2) (c) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, with a view to obtaining financial aid for the implementation of an iron and steel research programme.

At its 704th meeting on 12 May 1981, the Council gave the assent requested by the Commission.
