COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2022/828

correcting the Polish language version of Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity (1), and in particular Article 59(1)(c) and Article 61(2) thereof,

Whereas:

(1)	The Polish language version of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 (2) contains an error in Article 12(3), point (g) that alters the object of and the deadline for discharging the obligation of transmission system operators to publish information.

(2)	The Polish language version of Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected.

(3)	The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Electricity cross-border Committee,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

(Does not concern the English language.)

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
