Corrigendum to Commission Regulation (EC) No 826/2008 of 20 August 2008 laying down common rules for the granting of private storage aid for certain agricultural products

On page 6, Article 7(1):
for:
‘1. An operator seeking aid shall either lodge a tender in accordance with Article (9)(1), or an application in accordance with Article 16(1) with the competent authorities of the Member States where the products are stored or will be stored.’,
read:
‘1. An operator seeking aid shall either lodge a tender in accordance with Article (10)(1), or an application in accordance with Article 17(1) with the competent authorities of the Member States where the products are stored or will be stored.’.
