Information concerning the date of entry into force of Council Regulation (EC) No 1992/2003, Commission Regulation (EC) No 781/2004 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 782/2004
The Protocol relating to the Madrid Agreement concerning the international registration of marks, adopted at Madrid on 27 June 1989, will enter into force with respect to the European Community on 1 October 2004. Consequently, the following Regulations will also enter into force on 1 October 2004:
