Corrigendum to Council Regulation (EC) No 2129/94 of 19 August 1994 applying to South Africa some of the advantages granted by the Community to developing countries under the scheme of generalized tariff preferences (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 225, of 31 August 1994)

On page 1 in Article 2:

- the first paragraph should be deleted;

- the second paragraph should be replaced by the following:

'The following shall be inserted in Part A of Annex III of Regulation (EEC) No 3831/90:

- the line "388 South Africa (3)";

- the footnote " (3) With respect to the granting of the generalized tariff preferences to South Africa, Council Regulation (EC) No 2129/94 (OJ No L 225, 31. 8. 1994, p. 1) is applicable".` On page 2 in Annex I:

The words 'The entries appearing against Order Nos 10.1217 and 10.1227 are replaced by the entries below`, inserted after Order No 10.0607, should be deleted.

In column (2) against Order No 10.1230, CN code 9403 60 30 should be inserted after CN code 9403 40;

in Annex II, column 'CN code`:
