CORRIGENDUM TO:

78/932/EEC: Council Directive of 16 October 1978 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to head restraints of seats of motor vehicles

Page 26, Article 6 should read as follows:

'Article 6

Without prejudice to the conditions laid down in Articles 2 and 4, equivalent compensation may be considered in particular as justified by the competent authorities when the kind and/or condition of compensating products does not allow a distinction to be made as to whether they have been derived from import goods or from compensation goods.'
