COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION of 22 July 1975 on wheat unsuitable for making bread (75/465/EEC)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community;

Having regard to the draft from the Commission,

HAS DRAWN UP THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION:

The Council asks those concerned to bear in mind that, as from the next price fixing operation, prices will be fixed within the framework of the common organization of the markets in such a way that manufacturers of wheat unsuitable for making bread may not expect their products to be valued at more than the equivalent in terms of feed grain value.
