Commission Regulation (EC) No 877/2003 (1), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement, expired on 25 May 2005 and consequently the reference thereto should be deleted from the EEA Agreement.

Council Directive 70/524/EEC (2) was repealed by Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council (3) and by Regulation (EC) No 767/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council (4), which are all incorporated into the EEA Agreement and consequently the reference to Directive 70/524/EEC should be deleted from the EEA Agreement.

Council Directive 87/153/EEC (5) was repealed by Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003, which are both incorporated into the EEA Agreement, and consequently the reference to Directive 87/153/EEC should be deleted from the EEA Agreement.

Commission Directive 95/10/EC (6), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement, expired on 30 March 2002 and consequently the reference thereto should be deleted from the EEA Agreement.

Council Decision 2006/478/EC (7), which is incorporated into the EEA agreement, expired on 30 June 2010 and consequently the reference thereto should be deleted from the EEA Agreement.

Council Decision 2008/486/EC (8), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement, expired on 30 June 2012 and consequently the reference thereto should be deleted from the EEA Agreement.

This Decision concerns legislation regarding feedingstuffs. Legislation regarding feedingstuffs shall not apply to Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the sectoral adaptations to Annex I to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein.
