DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE

amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2015/1460]

THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,

Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof,

Whereas:

(1)	Commission Implementing Decision 2014/132/EU of 11 March 2014 setting the Union-wide performance targets for the air traffic management network and alert thresholds for the second reference period 2015-19 (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(2)	Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The following point shall be inserted after point 66xd (Commission Decision 2011/121/EU) of Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement:

‘66xe.

32014 D 0132: Commission Implementing Decision 2014/132/EU of 11 March 2014 setting the Union-wide performance targets for the air traffic management network and alert thresholds for the second reference period 2015-19 (OJ L 71, 12.3.2014, p. 20).’

Article 2

The texts of Implementing Decision 2014/132/EU in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 November 2014, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*1), or on the day of the entry into force of the Decision of the EEA Joint Committee incorporating Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 390/2013 (2), whichever is the later.

Article 4

This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
