The Framework Agreement between the European Community and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the general principles for the participation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Community programmes (1), signed in Brussels on 22 November 2004, entered into force on 8 January 2007, in accordance with Article 10 of the Agreement.
