INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION CONTROL AND RISK MANAGEMENT 32001 L 0080: Directive 2001/80/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2001 on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants (OJ L 309, 27.11.2001, p. 1). By way of derogation from Article 4(1) and part A of Annex III of Directive 2001/80/EC, the emission limit values for sulphur dioxide shall not apply in the Czech Republic until 31 December 2007 to boiler K4 of the heating plant Přerov and to boiler K11 of the plant Nová Huť. --------------------------------------------------
