Treaty establishing the European Community (Nice consolidated version) Part Three: Community policies Title XVIII: Research and technological development Article 168 Article 130k - EC Treaty (Maastricht consolidated version) Article 168 In implementing the multiannual framework programme, supplementary programmes may be decided on involving the participation of certain Member States only, which shall finance them subject to possible Community participation. The Council shall adopt the rules applicable to supplementary programmes, particularly as regards the dissemination of knowledge and access by other Member States.
