Article 118 As from the date of accession and until the date of application of the Community fishing permit system, Swedish vessels shall be authorized to fish in waters falling under the sovereignty or within the jurisdiction of the Member States of the Union as at present constituted, in ICES Divisions III and IV, under conditions identical to those applicable immediately before the entry into force of the Accession Treaty and laid down by the relevant provisions of Regulation (EC) No 3682/93.
