++++ Article 377 The Portuguese Republic may , until 31 December 1992 , derogate from the provisions of Article 95 of the EEC Treaty with regard to excise duties on manufactured tobacco produced in the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira , under the conditions defined in Annex XXXII for the application of Council Directive 72/464/EEC of 19 December 1972 .
