List of trusts and similar legal arrangements governed under the law of the Member States as notified to the Commission
(This text annuls and replaces the text published in OJ C 434, 27.12.2019, p. 27)
(2020/C 136/05)
Article 31(10) of Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing (1), amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and repealing Directive 2005/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2006/70/EC, requires Member States to notify to the Commission the categories, description of the characteristics, names and, where applicable, legal basis of the trusts and similar legal arrangements governed under their law. The same article requires the Commission to publish the consolidated list of such trusts and similar legal arrangements, as notified by the Member States, in the Official Journal of the European Union. Such list was published in the C series of the Official Journal on 27 December 2019 (2019/C 434/13) (2). A number of Member States have since amended their notifications. This document integrates these amendments and replaces the list published on 27 December 2019.
