Decision concerning the assessment of the conditions for resolution in respect of ABLV Bank, AS

On 23 February 2018, the Single Resolution Board decided not to place ABLV Bank, AS under resolution. This decision was based on the conclusion that the condition of Article 18(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 (1) was not met. The main elements of this decision are as follows:
