Corrigendum to Council Regulation (EC) No 92/2002 of 17 January 2002 imposing definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of urea originating in Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Libya, Lithuania, Romania and the Ukraine (Official Journal of the European Communities L 17 of 19 January 2002) On page 16, second subparagraph of Article 3: for: "The amounts secured in excess of the definitive rate of anti-dumping duties shall be released.", read: "The amounts secured in excess of the definitive rate of anti-dumping duties shall be released. In cases where the rate of definitive duty imposed is higher than the rate of the provisional duty, only amounts secured at the level of the provisional duty shall be definitively collected."
