Corrigendum to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1969 of 12 September 2016 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items

On page 119, Annex I, point 3A001.g of the text replacing Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009:

for:

‘1.

A maximum turn-on current rate of rise (di/dt) greater than 30 000 A/ms and off-state voltage greater than 1 100 V; or

2.

A maximum turn-on current rate of rise (di/dt) greater than 2 000 A/ms and having all of the following:’,

read:
