Commission Communication on the provisional application of the amendment of the Textiles Agreement with Vietnam

The European Communities initialled on 15 February 2003 an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters amending the Agreement on trade in textile and clothing products and other market opening measures with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (OJ L 152, 20.6.2003). By exchange of notes verbales, the parties agreed to apply this Agreement provisionally as from 10 September 2003.
