Withdrawal of notification of a concentration

On 23 April 2025, the European Commission received notification (1) of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (2) (‘Merger Regulation’).

On 23 May 2025, the notifying party informed the Commission that it withdrew its notification.
