De wet van 20 juli 2005 werd op 8 januari 2006 aangevuld door een koninklijk besluit vastgesteld overeenkomstig artikel 2752, § 5, WIB 92, en door een tweede koninklijk besluit, van 22 augustus 2006, tot wijziging van het WIB 92 op het stuk van de aangifte in de bedrijfsvoorheffing. Dit laatste is gewijzigd bij koninklijk besluit van 19 mei 2022. |
