annul Article 3e, Article 3ea(1), (1a) and (2), Article 3eb(1), (2) and (3), Article 5(4)(a) in conjunction with Annex XIII, Article 5a in conjunction with Annex XIX, and Article 5aa(4) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (2), as ultimately amended by Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/2026 of 22 July 2024 amending Decision 2014/512/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (‘Contested Acts’); |
