Comment 32008L0068 The transposition of the Directive is complete, except for the provisions mentioned in Article 7. (2) of the Directive. Based upon this Article, without prejudice to Article 1(3), Member States may choose not to apply the provisions of Annex III, Section III.1, until, at the latest, 30 June 2011. This covers the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN). Hungary has chosen not to apply these provisions until 30 June 2011.
