Taking of the oath by the new Members of the Court of Justice

2009/C 267/02

Following their appointment as Judges at the Court of Justice of the European Communities for the period from 7 October 2009 to 6 October 2015 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Communities of 25 February 2009, (1) Mr Safjan and Mr Šváby took the oath before the Court on 6 October 2009.

Following her appointment as Judge at the Court of Justice of the European Communities for the period from 7 October 2009 to 6 October 2012 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Communities of 8 July 2009, (2) Ms Berger took the oath before the Court on 6 October 2009.

Following his appointment as Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Communities for the period from 7 October 2009 to 6 October 2015 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Communities of 25 February 2009, (1) Mr Jääskinen took the oath before the Court on 6 October 2009.
