Operative part of the judgment

The Tribunal:

1.

Annuls the decision du 24 February 2015 to terminate the employment contract of Ms Sonja Meyrl, adopted by the Co-president of the political group ‘Greens/European Free Alliance’, as an authority of the European Parliament authorised to conclude employment contracts;

2.

Orders the European Parliament to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by Ms Meyrl.
