Action brought against the decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of OHIM of 20 March 2014 (Case R 274/2013-4) concerning opposition proceedings between Yello Strom GmbH and Universal Music GmbH.

There is no longer any need to adjudicate in the action.

2.

Universal Music GmbH and Yello Strom GmbH shall bear their own costs and shall each pay half of the costs incurred by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM).
