Operative part of the order

There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the pleas seeking annulment of Council Decision 2013/72/CFSP of 31 January 2013 amending Decision 2011/72/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia, in so far as that decision concerns Mr Mehdi Ben Tijani Ben Haj Hamda Ben Haj Hassen Ben Ali.

2.

The remainder of the action is dismissed.

3.

Mr Ben Ali and the Council of the European Union are each ordered to bear their own costs.
