Directive 1999/5/EC
In accordance with the transitional provision of Article 48 of Directive 2014/53/EU (1), Member States shall not impede the making available on the market or putting into service of radio equipment covered by Directive 2014/53/EU which is in conformity with Directive 1999/5/EC (2) and which was placed on the market before 13 June 2017. Accordingly, harmonised standards, the references to which have been published under Directive 1999/5/EC, as lastly listed in the Commission communication published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 249 of 8 July 2016, p. 1 , and corrected by the corrigendum published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 342 of 17 September 2016, p. 15 , and the corrigendum published in the Official Journal of the European Union C 403 of 1 November 2016, p. 26 , continue to confer a presumption of conformity with that Directive until 12 June 2017.
