In accordance with Article 11(2) of Directive 2009/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses (1), the Commission is publishing in the Official Journal of the European Union the list of the competent authorities of the Member States for the purposes of that Directive.
