By the Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 29 March 2010, the authorisation of ARFIN Compagnia di Assicurazioni e Riassicurazioni SpA, Viale Nazario Sauro 14, Milan, to carry out activities in all branches has been withdrawn within the meaning of Article 245 of Legislative Decree No 209 of 7 September 2005, and compulsory liquidation ordered.
