Statement of the Commission

The Commission hereby declares that it intends to implement the Connecting Europe Facility — transport sector in line with the indicative amounts per funding priorities contained in the Commission's Communication (COM(2013) 940) (1), without prejudice to the necessary flexibility needed for budgetary implementation.

The indicative amounts may be revised following the mid-term evaluation of the Connecting Europe Facility to be prepared by the Commission before 31 December 2017, as stated in Article 27(1) of the Connecting Europe Facility Regulation (2).
