On page 84, Annex XXIII, 10th and 11th indents:

for:

‘—

all agricultural products listed in Article 146(1) and products derived therefrom by an intermediate process and used as fuel for energy production,

—

all products listed in Article 146(1) and products derived therefrom and intended for energy purposes’,

read:

‘—

all agricultural products listed in Article 145(1) and products derived therefrom by an intermediate process and used as fuel for energy production,

—

all products listed in Annex XXII and products derived therefrom and intended for energy purposes’.
