Corrigendum to the second Council Directive 89/646/EEC of 15 December 1989 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions and amending Directive 77/780/EEC (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 386 of 30 December 1989) On page 8 in Article 16 in the quoted matter 'Article 12`: The last indent of Article 12 (4) shall read: '. . . initiated pursuant to Article 15 or to special provisions . . .`. The first indent of Article 12 (5) shall read: '- authorities entrusted with the public duty of supervising other financial organizations . . .`.
