DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 115/2013
of 14 June 2013
amending Annex II (Technical regulations, standards, testing and certification) and Annex IV (Energy) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1194/2012 of 12 December 2012 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for directional lamps, light emitting diode lamps and related equipment (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(2) |
Annexes II and IV to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following point is inserted after point 6f (Commission Regulation (EU) No 547/2012) of Chapter IV of Annex II to the EEA Agreement:

32012 R 1194: Commission Regulation (EU) No 1194/2012 of 12 December 2012 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for directional lamps, light emitting diode lamps and related equipment (OJ L 342, 14.12.2012, p. 1).’ |
Article 2
The following point is inserted after point 26g (Commission Regulation (EU) No 547/2012) of Annex IV to the EEA Agreement:

Article 3
The text of Regulation (EU) No 1194/2012 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 4
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 June 2013, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (2).
Article 5
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
